Guarantee

We strive to provide the best possible customer service, which includes very rigorous testing and quality control. Our timepieces are checked by three independent parties (the third being the owner of the company) before they reach you; there are very few brands which can make that claim. If your item arrives in unsatisfactory condition please let us know and we will make it right!

Returns/Cancellations

If your order arrives damaged or malfunctioning please let us know and we will correct the issue ASAP!

If you simply change your mind about an order, you may arrange a return within 14 days of arrival.

Cancellations:
To cancel an order before it has shipped, please send an e-mail to contact@ardiowatches.com with your order number, from the e-mail address on the order, and we will cancel it for you.

For US Orders:
Watches that are unworn, undamaged, with full packaging and all accessories may be returned for a refund, minus shipping fees. A 3% transaction fee may be charged for large orders or multiple returns.

For International Orders:
Watches that are unworn, undamaged, with full packaging and all accessories may be returned for a refund minus shipping fees, transaction fees, and any customs/duties/tax costs.

International Shipping Policy

We are happy to offer international shipping to about 25 countries and growing.

Please ensure you understand the full cost of importing your order before placing it. It is your responsibility to pay any and all duties, taxes, and fees required to complete delivery. Any and all of our costs (product, transaction fees, shipping, taxes/duties, etc.) associated with orders which are forfeited, destroyed, or returned due to non-payment, or failure to pick up by the buyer, will be non-refundable.
