Shipping policy

USA SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 business days of processing time for all orders. This time is in addition to quoted shipping times for each shipping option. 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and desired shipping method.

We are not responsible for shipping delays with carriers during high-volume times, such as during holidays.

 

We are not responsible for stolen or damaged packages once the package is marked as delivered.  Please contact the carrier to resolve those issues.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please ensure you understand the full cost of importing your order before placing it. It is your responsibility to pay any and all duties/taxes/fees required to complete delivery. Any and all of our costs (product, transaction fees, shipping, taxes/duties, etc.) associated with orders which are lost, destroyed, or returned due to non-payment, or refusal to pick up, will be non-refundable.
